โ โ โ โ โ I love the service provided by their staff here in Muar. I came here to cancel my UMobile postpaid plan and revert back to prepaid. The staff just ask direct question for verification and ID. No nonsense service and it is done within 10 minutes time.
I find it excellent because usually, when we wanted to downgrade our plan, the staffs will ask million questions just to not let us do that, but not here. Its a straightforward prompt service that deserves a compliment.
The staff that work today (19th May) deserve a raise ?. Thank you so much!
