โ โ โ โ โ Biggest ever disappointment from Creative Lab - Rawang branch. Purchased branded tiles 37 cartons. Only 33 cartons were delivered and 4 cartons 'claimed' to be broken. When the 4 cartons were sent next few days, it was in different lot and the colour tones of the tiles is obviously different. When I complained, excuses were the same batch lot has finished, I requested to deliver the same batch lot or give me full return/refund of 37 cartons. Sales person promised that can get the same batch lot but needed to wait 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and again tell me there is no stock of the same batch lot but they can choose the one with similar to earlier batch. End up the 4 cartons were delivered after 2 weeks of waiting and it is still with different batch code and obvious different colour tone. I had no choice. Here is the photo of the tiles that they claimed it would be same colour tone. Strongly DO NOT recommend to buy tiles from this shop.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought my bathroom tiles here. The place is very cozy and display various of tile options for you to touch and see. The staff there were very friendly and entertain your request and they even make 3D model for free!!! Special acknowledgement to En Naufal for great customer experience, fast response and superb after sales service
