★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks very grandeur externally but there's an inherent design fault concerning electrical system because the building DB/ELCB trips quite frequently and there are no standby emergency lights at the common areas along the corridors leading to the apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was super excited to move in as a tenant but the management is a shitshow. Had my wheels clamped the first time I parked wrongly with a RM50 release fee. Totally no sympathy when I tried to reason with them to waive the clamp fee. To top that off my toilet pipes stink so much even when I close the door my room smells.. If I knew building management had such a stick up their butt I would have thought twice about this place.

First and foremost, the place is conveniently located with many shops available around the corner.
Guards were properly informed about our visit making it even easier.
The host was super nice and accommodating as well as response was fairly quick as well.
My only concern is that the unit that we stayed was relatively in bad condition.
The bed, the wardrobes, the WiFi, everything was below average.
Based on photos, seems like the units were big and spacious but that was a total opposite for us. Think booking.com should really update the photos they are showcasing to others.
In my opinion, it would be better to have standardisation for all units to ensure consistency and fair for all guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view, but can smell the drain below. Security lapses: one doesn't need a key card to go up the stairs, only the lift, so people can take the stairs to other floors. Cameras don't cover all areas. Had a robbery in the building last week, spiderman climbed through a toilet window!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but facility is falling apart & the building management James is rude & unprofessional.
Card access is a nightmare as it frequently can’t get detected by gate gantry and also Door access then have to pay for cheap useless product.
Should use HID standard instead of lower end cheap brand but charging residents rm150 for new card and it doesn’t last more than 3 month.
Water pipes are filthy dirty and have slimes when left overnight in bucket.
Had to buy own water filter and complaint about floor cracked in the house & there’s a lot of cockroaches and ants but nothing was done to rectify this problem.
