★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable at affordable price. All facilities at the same floor. Nice water park and pool. The security guard is helpful.i like the apartment view especially at night time. Near Sogo or Mid Valley Mega Megamall south key. Room is acceptably clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it looks stately and luxurious, the tap water here is very poor. Anyone who wants to live or rent here make sure you fix your own water filter system because the quality of water here can affect your health in long term. For those who only wish to rent for 2-3 days, I recommend you to buy bottled water for your drink. Since major of the units are for rent, mist of the owners did not bother to equip their units with the water filter system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access to major highway (1 minute from southkey mosaic guard house. nice view, easy access to midvalley, about 10 minutes if you walk but only 1 minute if you drive which is very convenient. Very quiet units. Good security. Ample car park. Very windy if you open the window and not hot.
