From customer service to accounting, this company is slow, non-responsive, non-helpful and non-supportive.
We used them for 5 years, after comparing prices we noticed that Linde, as well as Jungheinrich are more than 25% cheaper. Once we spoke to Crown about this issue, their proposal was to reduce the price on the 5 year old equipment, if we extend the existing contract!
I have not heard such a nonsense offer in years. Keeping old equipment for the same price as brand new partly assembled trucks from Germany. The maintenance team useless, the equipment (from forklift to power pallet jack) failed almost once a month.
This company is helplessly miss-managed and we are 100% certain not to recommend them to anyone!
We changed our whole warehouse and production to Linde and Jungheinrich, which was financially as well as in terms of bureaucracy and stress a huge relief compared to Crown!
