★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant staffs. Ms. Nor Azzah Majid. Everything is under her mercies. If I don't like it, she said that go and find another company to clear my shipment! Once I have couriered my documents for clearance and was not told to sign and stamp the documents before I courier and when she received it, she told me that I have to go all the way to Port Klang to sign it! Why can't she come all the way to my office in KL instead since it is their mistake of not telling me in the first place! How are we to know what forms need to sign and stamp? We don't import goods everyday! Also now that the goods are arriving today, she just told me that the lorry driver will just drop the goods and not deliver up to my office one floor up! My address already shows that it is a 1st floor! Worst company!
