★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible after sales service and never honour their words. Over promised and under delivered. I will not recommend anyone to buy furniture from them unless you want to have emotional and mental stress. Bottomline is, they want to increase revenue and sales but put their corporate reputation at risk. Moreover, all staffs do not have self integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Couldn't have asked for more really. Sofa looks lovely, exactly like the pictures, delivered quickly, we were updated throughout the delivery process and were able to assemble it within an hour. Would definitely recommend! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with sales BRENDON. total encounter 2 issue, sofa and bed frame
1) when purchase being infm need to notify them 1 month before will do. But end up empty promise force to change another sofa (still ok for me with that)
2) Verbally informed need order King size bed frame but order form only indicate 5 x 8(WITHOUT MENTION KING OR QUEEN) which sign blindly and end up delivered Queen size. When raise up the issue being infm NOTHING CAN BE DONE AND SINCE DELIVERED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had an amazing experience here at Crownlivin Setia Alam was served by Brendon Lim. He did a great job helping us to select a suitable dining table and chairs.
Dining table and chairs were delivered within the promised time frame. Customer service called up a week before to set on a specific delivery date then called up a day before to set the specific timing. Besides, we also received sms with details on the order, driver's name and ic too.
the driver arrived on time. they were very helpful and mindful. Every parts were careful move out from the lorry. They assembled the tables and chairs efficiently and gently.
I would highly recommend Crown Livin not only their quality of goods but also their top notch service! Kudos to the company and the team. Thank you very much..
