Booked the promo package via Fave, twice my appointment were cancelled with lame excuses. Water pump faulty or close for maintenace. Both appointment were on Saturdat. The delay caused the voucher expired, seriously dissapointed with the customer service. Reported to fave to take stern action.

Very disapponting and workers there not professional. Polishing and waxing not done well with swirls. Coating not done properly and excess not wiped off creating haze on surface. Wiping cloth is reused and dirty. Light condition in working area is dim. Promise a lot but never deliver what promised. Price is cheap, only rm106 for 9H Mr Fix ceramic coating with fave but not worth it and may cause frustration, time wasted, or even damage to car body.

07.07.2019 Quick comment - Wast of money.. Not recommended... Worst and terrible customer service.. 10Ringget - car washer will do a better job. Long comment -- We booked for 4 layer polish.. With 23 step car detailing... As the owner suggest to ignore fave and book with him directly.. We went with his pleasing and humble voice in phone.. (our first mistake and also one good thing my comments would be sitting only in fave.. Now everyone can see this...) Since my booking was on weekend.. I went with my family (one kid and pregnant wife) @ 1.30Pm.. Now seeing everyone they are well aware of my situation... They were very nice at the beginning.. I was been asked to leave the car and come back after 6 hours (8.00PM)... They even dropped us in Setia city Mall (on the way they were saying that they are going through some labour crisis and they have only 2 ppl - it was true and I saw only 2 ppl when I was there). We spent our time there and returned back to the place @ 8.00pm. After 6 hours, car was parked in the same place and they didn't even do anything... They asked us to wait for 1 hour. To do everything and deliver the car... Seriously 4 layor polish within one hour?. They started with car wash... And they parked the car infront of the guest resting room where we are waiting.. Since kid was hungry we went for our dinner near by... Spent one hour and came back.. The car was untouched and sitting in the same place.. Time went buy.. We are in the waiting area and observing everything... When time was 11 pm.. I got frustrated and asked the manager to give the car.. Considering my sleeping kid in sofa and wife... I will leave and Don wanna stay back anymore.. He told me 10 mins for 4 layer polish... Yes.. Seriously... As said.. They wiped my car with wax treatment and gave me the keys... When I saw the car.. They didn't even vacuum or Clean the windscreen... Which was basic expectation for a car wash.. Don wanna comment on polish coz it will drag to pages.. After asking they vacuumed and cleaned the windscreen... Finally keys in my hand @11.30pm.. where still I can see my kids hand prints in one of the windscreen.. What the hell.. After successful job they hand shake and apologised for the delay.... Cons - Lack of workers.... No use with equipments which are not working... Lack of planning... Only good thing is they accepted all thier faults and Don wanna do any cover up for the mistakes... Review - I was not able to select 0 star.. BEWARE, Customers are treated as scapegoat. Because, you don have a choice when you already banked in your money.. Best part... They were asking for life time membership.. Thank god we didn opt for that..

Had a bad experience of waiting about 8 hours to get my car done. Manager and workers are not serious about their work. They took their time and when I arrived to pick up my car after 6+hours, polishing and waxing hasn't started. They they quickly did a haphazard work on my car. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

Very very poor. Was told that it will be done in 4 hours, but after constant delays it was done in 7 hours. I don't mind waiting if the job done is good and workers are efficient, but some workers were working very slowly and taking smoke breaks. Car was not well done upon inspection, with lots of spots left, which I had to point out for it to be removed, also lots of polish/wax left on the car, which was pretty obvious, not sure why the workers didn't bother to clean it out. Overall, 1 over 5 for me, poor quality, poor work attitude. I would not recommend.

Overall they did their job. They took whole day with add-on polish service. Still found some spots not clean as advertised. However, they are yet professional detailer. Unless they improve their resources who should be more detail and passionate for cars detailing, and detailing products could be better quality. Poor lighting for visual check. Satisfaction is passing with a lower detailing expectation. Should be an ideal regular car wash place with proper facility.

I would banned and strongly not recommend this place. Bought the voucher via fave, according the manager, the works will take 3-4 hours. Sent my car at 10am and pick up at 5.30pm. Felt disappointed with the works, no interior cleaning at all ie vacuum. The manager blamed the workers in front of us and promised to replaced another full treatment service to me again. When I tried to book on next appointment, lots of lame excuse. Not enough worker, renovation. The last appointment I tried to set, request me to pay extra RM30 as service charge for the car shampoo, water, worker. I have no issue to pay extra, but having first bad experience with the quality of works & low rating with review by others, I dare not to take the risk.

Bought a deal from Fave and the service was not as expected. Was told the car treatment can be done in 4-5hrs but end up 9am-6pm, and the workers there taking their sweet time chit chat smoking..while the customer is waiting! Even we went back to our house and showered, the car still not done as promised (he promised can be done by 30mins before I left)! Still have to wait for another hour (again, he promised can be done by 15mins) there! I don recommend u to come for your car treatment. The car treatment was not clean as well. Very disappointed.
