Lady in the picture has most ceebai face ever and shouted at me when I asked to have my phone which they said not salvageable to be returned together with my deposit.
I came to this shop to have a broken Samsung Note8 and Note 10+ serviced on a Friday afternoon. Following their advice, I left my Note 8 with them for assessment and to come back on Sat 12noon with my Note10+ to have it serviced in anticipation that I can get the phone back by 7pm same day.
I went back on Sat at noon at planned but the 1st lady in charge was not around. I was told to come back at 2pm by lady in the picture which I did. Finally met the 1st lady at 2pm and she told me she only has the battery to test the Note8 today and I will have to leave my Note10+ overnight for it to be serviced (change of glass casing) in order to ensure a good job be done since it is already 2pm and they cannot promise they can do it by 7pm. Alternatively I can come back on Mon 12noon to get it fixed by Mon 7pm.
I went back on Mon 12noon, again, the 1st lady was not there and I was greeted by lady in the picture. She said I can leave the Note10+ with her and come back to collect it on Tuesday. I said this was not what I was told and at that point I have already lost all confidence with this shop.
I wanted to take back my Note8 as well as the deposit I paid for. However lady in the picture said she cannot help with that as she was not the person in charge with my phone. Told me to come back at 2pm... ? and started shouting me when I asked why can't u just call someone in charge to help u with this??
This shop is beyond incredulous... I suggest not to give this place any business..
