★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J wish I can give negative star. Very bad customer service and unpleasant experience. The girl helping me is probably a part-time high school student (Which I’m ok with) but she was clearly lacking the knowledge and experience for different laptops and payment schemes. They don’t allow me to see the laptop I plan to buy. They also don’t allow me to pay with credit card (yes you see it right) and insisted that only instant transfer, e-wallet or cash. I came back from foreign country so I have neither of them and that made it very difficult for me. The manager of the store was basically yelling at me and the sales girl, lowest human being I have seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant transaction here. The staff is very friendly and tries to recommend laptops that is suitable for me. But now they are having shortage. The product I bought overall is good, price is fair but the only disadvantage is cannot pay by card, only tng/online banking is allowed. I face issue of having transaction limit and ended up need to go withdraw cash. Despite the payment process took long time but the sales girl who incharge is still very patient to assist me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this branch at all costs, staff here are unprofessional, lack the basic knowledge as well as the courtesy to help. Manager is plain rude. Their HQ @ Sg Dua is a much better place to shop for computer items, or any other stores within ICT Mall in general.
