★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now they change to the commercial Yatch which like a ferry just to carry passenger to watch sunset. You can't get the authentic Yatch which have a cruise desk. What we want is not only about sunset, but the overall cruise experience. Doesn't worth the price anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so it all started with Crystal Yacht Holidays waiting for us in the lobby without even saying a word about us being late. Just a big smile on the driver’s face saying “Nice to meet you. Welcome to Crystal Yacht Holidays” and a hand shake.
After a quick ride to the pier, we boarded the catamaran where we were told “to drink as many beers as we can – it’s free” Ha-ha. Started on the right foot already :)
After the informative safety drill, off we sail to the infinity (or to where the most beautiful ocean and mountains are).
Midway my second beer, the Captain announces “Salt water Jacuzzi!” A curious cat as I am, I asked what’s that? - He pointed to a huge net in the water and said just jump in.
It was an amazing experience! Not too long after that, more beers were given to us while we were chillin’ on the net, half of our bodies in the water.
Just when I started thinking about food, the captain asked if I want to go on the life buoy which was connected to the Yacht. I literally never ever thought I’d do something like that. Again, he threw another beer which floated all the way back to the buoy. It was just the best experience EVERRR!!!
Finally “food’s ready” and I was up on the yacht enjoying some BBQ chicken, salad and local Malaysian dishes. After dinner, we chilled on the deck with some nice music and watched the sunset.
As soon as we docked, the Crystal Yacht Holidays van picked us back from the pier and dropped us to our hotel. It was one of the best experiences in my life and definitely the best cruise I ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I went on the sunset dinner cruise and had a fantastic time. The food was amazing and the yacht was spacious and only had 10-12 passengers on board. There was a payment discrepancy, however this was rectified with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Great job guys, keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fantastic experience! Not only the tour itself but the staff is also amazing! Extremely friendly and funny as well! Would recommend to everybody. It’s especially good for couples as the music is more « chilling » than « party ».

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Langkawi 5 times, and I enjoyed Sunset Cruise 4 times. 2 times with Tropical Charters, 2 times with Crystal Yacht. But, I AM SO SURE, Crystal Yacht is 1000000% better, regarding foods, service, ambience, convenience, drinks, and etc. In every aspect. Even smaller is much better, because larger one is always jam packed with people, not easy to find a spot to sit down on. Tropical charters food was below so-so, and it's so crowded, not enough time to enjoy sea jacuzzi, because you need to give away to other passengers after a short period of time. But with Crystal charters, staff is super friendly, food was super tasty (and definitely more options), free drinks were abundant, and it's quite spacious. So if you want to enjoy peaceful moment, rather than crowded, eye spinning experience, you should definitely choose Crystal yacht for sure. I guarantee. This (4th) time, I chose Crystal with my parents, nephews, siblings as a big group tour, and they say "the most unforgettable tour" during 8 day long trip in Langkawi. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I am from Cambodia. I had a great experience of the sunset dinner on the cruise. Nice food like chicken Satay and grilled chicken wing with Carlsberg beer. Moreover the staff is very friendly... My driver was late 35mins, the beautiful staff from Netherland helping me to call taxi and accompany till the driver come. Good service..!???

Helpful crew on board, free flow or drinks and food.
Experience is too good ?? Salt Water Jacuzzi is just wow!
**One thing to note, they don’t allow small children to enjoy the salt water jacuzzi due to safety, even though they said my son can go for it when we made a booking, however I agree with the captain cuz it’s not for small kids** My son is 4 years at this moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We boarded the Crystal Singer 65’ catamaran, and from what I see at the jetty - this is the most spacious boat among all operators. We had a great time, it is so spacious we have lots of space for our kids to feel comfortable.
Crew is helpful. Food is not overwhelming, but good. Everything went according to schedule and plan, no surprises.
The only suggestion I would have is to reduce the music volume. Most of us are adults and we do not want to dance, we just want to enjoy the experience (in peace).
