โ โ โ โ โ Located just behind Mali Mali Beach Resort, we booked this tour through a friend. We were lucky that we were the only one who joined the morning tour, which started at 0930am. We were given wet shoes which are vital for a good fit when strolling in the sea water along the beach (You can bring along your rubber slippers if you want :-) Weather was fairly good, but remember to have some sunscreen on :-) Our tour guide was Mr. Sharin who is a friendly and patient person. Throughout the tour, he occasionally checked on us to ensure that we are doing fine, helped to take videos and photos on his camera, and briefed us with information at every stop locations. As stated in the previous reviews by other reviewers, we made a few stops, enjoyed our time and embraced the beauty of nature of what other Langkawi islands could offer. During our tour, our Jetski experienced some issues, but Sharin was committed and took care of the issue till it was resolved. To end the tour with a magnificent finish, we rode back heading to Cenang in cloudy weather with moderate rain. The experience was exhilarating, and if you have not done this before, this is one of the best place to soulfully capture that best moments of your lives. Thank you SAFF Watersport and we look forward to receiving the photos and videos.

โ โ โ โ โ I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone DO not deal with these thieves, I took a motorbike from this place for 3 days, as deposit I gave cash and my ID card, I donโt know why but they gave me my Id card back and it was totally torn up in the top, and after that I told them why ? they told me that the card was like this !!!! and believe what, they kept my deposit because they told me that there is a scratch on the motorbike and I was the one who did that, itโs the worst souvenir I have from langkawi... I PUT A PICTURE OF THE THIEVE HEโs on the left of the picture
By the way: they are saying they only do motorsports, they lying, they are on the same shop as them.

โ โ โ โ โ After confirming our JetSki tour the day before, we came to the beach ready to go and we were told there was no JetSki available ... these guys are not reliable. Do not book with them if you want to avoid a bad surprise!!

โ โ โ โ โ Wouldn't recommend doing a jet ski tour with these guys as they are there to con tourists. They charged us RM1200 for jetski capsize. We had no option but to pay them. Later we got to know that these guys pull this scam on everyone. It doesn't take more that RM200 to repair jetski in worst case scenario. Came to know about this from our hotel person. But it's pretty much like a MAFIA cartel there.

โ โ โ โ โ We were a group of 11 friends and had rented 6 jetskis. When we were being briefed before the tour, they mentioned that it was very normal for the jet ski to capsize. But one of our jet skis capsized and they aboarded the whole trip for us in which we missed our eagle island trip and snorkeling.
Later when we reached the main island, they called a few locals and demanded a hefty amount of RM2000 and we finally settled at RM1200. They should have made it clear that if the jetski capsizes they aboard the trip and penalize us instead of saying it's normal for a jetski to capsize.
Very upset with the whole experience. Wouldn't recommend this tour company to anyone as they only con tourists by threatening them by gathering a large group of locals.

โ โ โ โ โ This place has some issues to fix.
- 9am booking started at 10am. Very annoying since we woke up early to come on time.
- jetski was very old and battered up. Oldest one i had seen out of the whole beach.
- jetski had senor issue and kept beeping. Very annoyong and concerning when the guy told me its fine. The check engine light is coming on. They don't seem to be fixing the issue after the jetski was capsized by the previous rider.
- Tour also got delayed 30 extra minutes because the tour guide jetski broke and we had to go back. It was beeping also.
This place is cheap and its because of the older model.
We had to join in with jw watersports who were welcoming. Should just book with them instead for the same price.
On another note the host was friendly however they should be doing more to improve. We did have fun but this was an honest review of what happen.

โ โ โ โ โ Went on a tour and had a real blast with the tour guide called Cak. They were very professional when it came to safety. The price was good considering I went back to them to jetski over a period of 5 days, so they gave me a cheaper rate.
I had loads of fun. Thank you!
