★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came twice, on the same day. Infact the second time we came, it was already 10min past 7pm. But, they did not show any urgency to close the shop. They welcome us with open arms. We were thankful. Earlier we came, we had been bothering them with so many unnecessary questions (like what buyers always do), they sportingly responded to us in all possible way to give us the best answers and even suggested the best ideas to commemorate with our customize design. The two wonderful sales team did a brilliant job. Like we said, they do deserve another star for the above. I would like to recommend this place to everyone. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never recommend this shop. Bought a kitchen sink tap there last year. Stainless type which cost me almost rm200. Within a year, the flexible type spoiled (no water flow at all). Brought to the shop with the purchased receipt, but the way the shop sales person treat me was so disgusting. First of all, when i was talking to her, she couldn't be bothered about my issue but kept eating burger while talking to me. Then she says "its already 1 year, you can't expect me to go & ask the supplier". Such a irresponsible answer to a customer. And the stainless tap got rusted within a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good experience in this shop. They do have items in stock so you can pay and carry your stuff. The sales person explains well on the items. I would also say it’s reasonably priced. Lots of choices for sinks and taps related.
