★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought few kitchen appliances from Paramax and get to know the new sales assistant Janet when I called for delivery. She introduced me a technician who actually did a faulty installation but she took the trouble to claim back the installation fee for me. Though the faulty job had caused me more but I feel better for Janet's action to fight for her customer's rights. She is indeed a very helpful and responsible person and I appreciate her efforts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the fans from the sales staff during a home fair and was asked to collect the stocks from the retail outlet at Puchong. When I went there, I found the sales staff had resigned and that’s how I get to know Janet - a staff who is working at the Puchong outlet. Though the sales was not under her hands, she was trying her level best to serve her ex colleague’s customer which has made me felt so good and satisfied with her excellent services! She was so professional and patient while explaining to me on the other products selling in the shop. She is so knowledgeable as well and able to share her experiences and given me valuable advice with regards to my new home renovation. Even her after sales service was also very impressive! I contacted her after 9 moths when my remote control was having some issue; she still remembered me and has provided me with the solutions! I’m so blessed to be able to know Janet and being served by such an excellent staff! Give her countless “Likes”!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t repeat buying. That old grumpy lady staff with glasses on need to watch her tone speaking to customers and relearning manners in soft skills. Spoiled people’s intention to buy here. Thumbs down.

I don't want to go survey so many shop especially during this high peak covid-19 since they gave me a best deal and under one roof settle everything i want. Thank you Janet!

Janet has been a great help . Pre and post service has been excellent. She has to date never hesitant to reply or assist and accommodate my needs. Paramex will always my choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kitchen swan neck tap head was leaking at the base recently. Asked plumber to fix the problem and both said have to replace the whole tap head. I called up Paramax and showed them the video of the leaking tap. They reply that I just have to replace the ring washer and they provide the spare parts for me free of charge. I collected the parts from them and even got some tips on how to replace the washer.
I actually bought the tap head five years ago.
This is really excellent aftersale service. Hard to come by nowadays
