Lazada/Shopee cheap but need to pay for shipping and no self pickup.
Retail can straight buy but expensive
CT Hardware website cheapest of you count in free shipping for items above rm150 and self pickup if you want. So always buy from official website.
My Karcher NT 38/1 vacuum broke down both 2 units after 5 years of service. In need to use it urgently, tried calling the store but price expensive. So instead went to website and order for self pickup. Processing time very fast. Order yesterday and can collect today. Good job guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store last week to buy a grass trimmer. The person in charge at the time wasn't professional and seemed hesitant to assist me with my queries before purchase. Well.. buying a machine isn't like buying candy. Come on lah bro! Worse was he unapologetically smoked a cigarette inside the store! Unbelievable. No regards to his responsibility and the right of others. What a mess.
I hope the management can do something about this.
