★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must have a deep pocket if you want to send your car to this workshop. It appears that if your car has one problem and send it in for checking, they are more interested to find multiple problems on your car and you would end up fixing more problems and cost you a fortune. This was what happened to me.
Be very careful, the quotation that you received may not be the actual payable figure, you will have other “add ons” when the final bill is in your hand. Furthermore the problems that they have fixed may lead to other problem that they may claim that it is “definitely” not related. So, be ready to have one sided argument as you will be always on the wrong side of the argument, period. Undeniably this guy is very knowledgeable, “knowledgeable” in a sense that he can find multiple problems in your car that you cannot resist to put a fix and hence dig deep into your pocket.
My advice is always look for second opinion before you decide to fix the car there.

To be more specific, I've already gotten the parts myself. It's just a brake disc replacement that doesn't require any special tool. They quoted RM700 thereabout. It took me RM120 from another 3rd party workshop for a 15 min job. Professional Michelin tyre shop that also does car repair.
I grew up in a mechanic shop so you can't lie to me about care and professional service cause the work is the same anf your workshop is just an ordinary shop even without a proper waiting area. I might as well go back to Auto Bavaria or Quill at that price. I understand if you need to price above the market but RM700 labour only to replace a brake disc is unbelievable and unprofessional.
If i didn't rush off angrily, i would have gotten a written quote and report to the consumer group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This workshop is a nightmare for customers. Pls go at your own risk. Owner is a half educated Chinese mechanic who tries to intimidate you by shouting and showing arrogance if asked question. Then they expects you to leave the car at their mercy and to 'trust' them though they have no real plan for solving your problem or the solution! I had to take out my car and send again to the dealers workshop hiring my own towing service as insurance won't pay. It's a mechanic from hell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought there my x3, asked to replace C.V. Joint rubber boot (front left). I had my own parts. So needed only labour.
Been told the labour cost 450RM!!! And will take a whole day!!! I used to be mechanic myself before, so its hard to BS me on the cars. Finally went to other just random shop near by and had the boot replaced for 60RM + 20RM additional for the grease.
So this BMW Heritage is best to be avoided. Of course only if you have no tolerance for BS and don’t wanna pay for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove in with my E36 328i after my regular mechanic said he's reached his limit with the car. It needed a specialist touch to fix the rest of my restoration project.
Heritage Services is that final touch.
William is an honest man as far as I can tell. He warned me many times that it may cost a bit. But when I talked about the problems with the car, for first time, i got all my answers through him.
I left it there for two days. I was prepared to leave it there longer but William called back saying the car was done.
Paid the bill, which was under my expected price considering the list of problems i left with him, and drove home in peace.
Since then nothing has recurred and i will be going back there if and when i need to. Hopefully after 6 months, as William said to me driving off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch service. I am driving a 10 years old E60, Japanese recon spec (fantastic car) and I know that mechanical parts of a car is subjected to wear and tear. I like how honest they are with never recommending me to change parts that are not necessary to change. For example, my brake pads. They told me it is wearing down but it can still last and told me to wait until the dashboard monitor starts to flash warning signal to replace them. William (owner) is great guy, they don't keep your car longer than they should, to keep disruption (having no car to drive) as minimal as possible. I sent my car in for an full engine overhaul last year (first major repair service) and my car is performing continuously well until today!

William and his team resolve my car minor issue and didn't even charge me for it.
Kudos for that and will definitely bring my car again for service and repair.
