Owner of the CTSI is so dam rude.. No wonder the staff are rude too.. We were complaining bout the staff and the pick up time.. Owner straight ask don use his carriage anymore....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst logistic and courier services. Please avoid from using this company. No web tracking, website doesn’t contains enough information about their branches whereabout or contact detail. Google up for Kuching branch, redirected to warehouse logistic, and call up the number not even theirs. Delivery process very poor, claiming several attempts to deliver to the address yet failed to do so. Till now, still haven’t received my parcel. Searched reviews on their service online pretty bad reputation. Even some review saying they even put extra charges for the parcel. Nampak tak permainan mereka di situ?

Recently i posted a car spoiler from kl to tawau
Items well packaged with a bubble wrap
When I received the package there were multiple scratches and a significant crack on the spoiler
I asked csti regarding this and initially they asked for all the details like photos prepackaging and post delivery
I gave them the infos but then all i received is a sorry that they r not responsible while its the shipment company that is responsible
Not sure how to brain this since to my concern as ctsi is running a transportation company and there r the one responsible to liase with them. This was my unfortunate experience with them probably for the first and last time. Lesson learnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever. waiting parcel more than 2 week. Already more than delivery time frame. Receive the call from the driver to confirm address than send to wrong location. Next day receive call from their office staff and claim delivery address is very far wanted me self collect at Kuching office. HEY I PAY FOR THE SERVICE STILL WANTED ME GO TO YOUR OFFICE TO COLLECT the parcel. And no tracking number some more! NOT RECOMMENCE TO THOSE WHO WANT DELIVER PARCEL TO SARAWAK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier I’ve ever used. Other courier Jnt, Dhl far more better than this courier. Until now I still don’t receive my parcel that sent to me 2 weeks ago. Bad service everrr in my lifetime experience. Please don’t use this courier CTSI Logistic.The worst courier in Malaysia!
