★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, hot, dirty, facilities are broken, management is terrible, service very slow and messy. A lot of mosquitoes, dengue area. Even one star is too high of a rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The utilities there broken and the maintenance not yet repair the utilities. More than two months no light at our room. More than a month, our fridge spoiled. Eventhore we made complaint, they not yet come and do repairing at our house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lift not functioning took months to repair. Renting and bill are overpriced. The unit doesnt have air conditioner / washing machine but the utilities bill is expensive as if they have them. The ventilation is terrible.
