★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high price tag, poor quality. T-Shirt heat transfer terrible, typing mistake on the cup, all items I ordered very average quality. Bad communication from A to Z. Stay away, I am sure you can find a better pick anywhere else in Malaysia.

When I asked if I could bring my own thing for the shop to print, the response was yes - as long as it was something technically feasible. So, maybe, the previous reviewer was served by someone who didn't explain it clearly. This is a 5* place for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aunty managing the shop is very rude. Overpriced prints by double the amount of the usual price of professional printing shops.
Aunty spoke in a very condescending manner when i asked to print on my own paper. Eventhough I was desperate, I'd rather have my stuff printed somewhere else and have it delivered with express delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! I will be visiting family and friends overseas and was looking for meaningful gifts to bring them. The personalization that this shop offers has really met my needs. You can choose from their tasteful selection of merchandise (especially the lovely tiffin carriers that they design) or bring your own things for them to do customization. The service I received was competent, efficient, polite and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even know what to say. We spoke in person at least twice, seemed fine although it was always me following up on emails which were not replied to. When I sent the art files to be printed, no reply. Even when I significantly cut down and simplified the work to be done. Not even a “sorry we’re too busy we can’t get the job done”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, great quality of prints. They use state of the art machinery. I was served very professionally. So, the earlier bad reviews are very surprising. I have a feeling the previous reviewers might have been served by a less than stellar staff who ruined the customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not understanding the bad reviews. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with this business. Perhaps, it is because I was served by Lynn, one of the owners of the business. Lynn was very friendly, helpful, and infinitely patient as I sat with her to work through the designs that I wanted. She was unfazed when I changed my mind overnight and contacted her via WhatsApp the next day to ask for changes to be made to the designs. The products came out very lovely and satisfactory to me. Lynn is very talented - the very well-received, colourful tiffin carriers that you can find in some shops in Malaysia are in fact designed by this company.
I would say - give them a shot and see what they can do for you.
