Nice and relaxing
Treatment (The Lax Signature)
The masseur was overall rubbing your body instead massaging. Literally feeling that her hand only glide through the whole body.
At the end of the treatment, they did not use any warm towel to wipe off the massage oil on the body Hence, I came out oily.

Pricey but not worth for the service

β β β β β We got ourselves 1 hour of their skin deep body massage. Massage quality is average for me since I can assure Iβve had better ones somewhere else. However, due to the location and the interior of the spa, you can expect the price to be on the higher end. Other than that, staffs are very accomodating and the spa is totally instaworthy.

β β β β β Did a RM350 facial for sensitive skin last weekend. My skin feels amazing till today! I enjoyed my time there and I must commend Erynn who was very thorough and careful with her work. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze and the ambiance was very nice. However, itβs right next to an exotic pet shop and while waiting for my appointment the barking dogs were very, very loud and unnerving. Killed the mood a βlil.

β β β β β I went to Lax during weekday. Made a booking via link at Lax ig. Superquick process. Insta worthy spa in the middle of KL city. Deco/theme is awesome!!! Supernice place to spend with friends for naik spa too. I booked for modern lulur done by sherry. Friendly staff ??????. Spent 2hr 15min for the whole treatment. They allow u to choose the essential oil, the scrub type and even the music! Love all!!!

β β β β β I did my facial with Wendy and she was so nice! Explained the purpose of each step throughout and gave the best shoulder massage. Yes itβs quite pricey but for once in awhile itβs so worth it cause of the ambiance and treatment.

β β β β β Went here for body massage and pedicure. Friendly staff. Lax being β¨extraβ¨ letting me "customize" my experience there. I got to choose my selection of oil and what type of music in the background. So soothing!

β β β β β I had 90mn of skin deep massage, wani knows the part that are more tensend and focus more on it, I felt more relaxed and my stress released .
You can choose your room Scent ,essential oil for your massage and also the music play during your massage.
the interior design so beautiful and the color vibes makes you more relaxed and refreshed

β β β β β My first time doing my nails was with my best friend at Lax. Retreat. I bought her a nail manicure package as a gift for her birthday and we did our nails together. It was iconic. We loved the place! From the aromatherapy scent in the air to the treatment we received, we felt like queens. Hands down the best nail treatment experience in my life! Our hands never felt so smooth. Our nails have never looked more clean and beautiful!
I returned to Lax. again three weeks later to try out their nail extensions treatment. I have included pictures of all the outcomes. My nails look like Maddy Perez's nails from euphoria! I love them! Never felt more empowered. Thank you Lax. Hands down my go-to place for nails! They even offer massage and facial treatments. Go check them out ladies! <3
