β β β β β Nice and friendly doctor.... Bring my 4MO baby for vaccination and answer our question patiently...even pro active to check my son progress etc....no hard sale for unnecessary vaccine when i ask any additional vaccine needed for new born...big ?? for Captain Wong!

β β β β β I went here waited for one hour with my daughter who is literally very sick. The receptionist so easily said after registering, βwait in the carβ??ββοΈ. After few minutes, I saw many people coming in and going to the consultation room to meet doctor who after me. When I went asked her, she said all came with appointmentβ¦ I was like when I called them and asked they said need to come to clinic and register first. ??ββοΈ??ββοΈ.
The customer service is very bad, need to change the receptionist who really needs knowledge on how to give better service to customers or patients. The doctor is good but because of this small mistake gives a big impact on the clinic. So sorry to say this.

β β β β β Our trusted peadiatrician who is kind and really good at managing our baby boy. Really takes time to explain things to us as new parents on every question we had. I always feel so assured after my visit to him
I also realized many of my mummy friends go to him. Shows how credible he is!
Only thing to improve? Hmm maybe the front desk receptionist ?

β β β β β 1st time come here. Come here after reading a good review. Satisfied with my visit. Dr checked my baby very thoroughly and really take time to explain. Really get rid of our worries. because of that you need to be very patient to wait for your turn if there's a lot of people. He didn't give any medication cause baby don't need it. The consultation cost rm70 and i think it was worth it.

β β β β β We were a bit suspicious of so many positive reviews so we decided to pay this clinic a visit and I have to say, this is, by far the best experience we've had with a pediatrician in Malaysia (or elsewhere), so far!
The office is simple, clean and decorated with boating/maritime items which keep the kids very interested. Young kids are mesmerized, older kids have access to books.
More importantly the Doctor is very patient and meticulous. He even answers implicit questions and explains linked symptoms and unrelated ones.
You may have to wait for a while because each patient is being handled for quite some time (you as well, when it's your turn). At the time of review the consultation alone is RM70 which is reasonable for the private sector in the Klang Valley.
Would recommend.

β β β β β Big thumbs up to the friendly doctor. Went here for the 1st time bcs all peads clinic that i went before does not want to hear our explaination and just rushing us, and in the end of the day will give unnecessary meds / vitamins.
But that is not the case here. The doctor in this clinic really patiently listens to our explaination and gives advices based on that. He also did check my unwell son in a very detail way. I will have nothing to say but I will surely come to this clinic again if i were needing a pead. Price is also highly reasonable. Keep up the good job!!

β β β β β Dr Wong is a fantastic doctor, full of love and patient to kids. His charges are considered reasonable as well, compared to other child specialist. ??????
One note to Dr Wong if I may, pls consider to have protector over the sharp edge of the door handle. My kid knocked his head over the edge for few times ?
