β β β β β The first time we went there, it was a male doctor. We thought we finally found a good doctor close to home, not aware the first sign something bad is there are hardly any patient in the clinic. Second time there for medical checkup, with a lady doctor. The way she took blood was already a problem from the beginning because she slowly poke and extract 3 times. Its painful compare to previous experience in other clinic, doctor extract 1 go and separate into 3 tubes. She written here "consultation, medication and investigation" on the receipt. Note that I did not take medication during this visit. Next visit, when the report are out, found out high cholesterol. She insisted on taking 4 months of medication supply from her to quickly bring it down. All the while, note that I'm a trained psychologist, I tend to take notice of body language and tone, and I do feel I'm being force into this. Why not 1 month first to test whether any side effect? But I didnt follow my guts. Her reason, after 4 months, I know its time to do blood test again. Medication cost a lot for 4 months and written "medication" only on the receipt. Company's policy doesnt allow this and need the word "consultation" along with medication. And I dont blame the company because what kind of medication that cost so much, which bring me back to why not 1 month first? I think my HR may have feel something is seriously wrong with my health to conjure such a big amount for medication but they willing to pay since its my right to medical benefit but it must be done right. When I return later to correct the receipt another day and time where the first male doctor was on duty, he refused to correct the receipt despite its clear I had a consultation. Seriously, 4 months supply without doctor's advice? Its not supplement (which is not claimable) but legit cholesterol medication. Again, reading body language, facial expression and situation, the nurse is not happy for being put in between to deal with this when she can't decide anything and the doctor didnt even have the courtesy to meet me face-to-face and explain. I really feel insulted as a returning customer. They make me feel as if I'm asking them to help me cheat the company. So now I'm stuck with 4 months supply and definitely not returning to this place for the follow up blood test. Total visit 4 times, and I only encounter 1 patient waiting during one of the visit. Lesson learnt, its not a good sign when a clinic is empty almost all the time.
