★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 night weekend stay, during fasting month. Good environment. Not much crowded, pool was good. Spacious room. Just that, shower nozzle got loosen and needs repairing.Very low water pressure. Water heater goes on and off while showering. Buffet breakfast is on average side. Tv channels need upgrade as not clear, outdated iPod dock need to be updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved every single moment of it. Room cleanliness level was impeccable. I stayed at room 106 (executive deluxe chalet) and had a wonderful time there. From the room, to the view... Everything was perfect ❤️ thanks for the great stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for friends birthday celebration. Dimsum Buffet Dinner so great! Food all delicious! Going home with full tummy! Place also nice n breath taking view. Price also reasonable. 3 person RM 207.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awesome stay. Loved the room my husband got us both ? very spacious, clean and tidy. We took 3 times buffet during the whole stay and we do enjoy all the delicious variety of foods served ? loved the whole experience. Thank you Cyberview ?

Room was spacious. Scrumptious buffet breakfast.
But lacking on service during check out, no buggy driver on duty so we had to walk from our room to lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were really nice, especially Maya. Loved how she explained everything to me (room, facilities, opening hours, chalet location, etc). The size of the room which I booked was quite big. Toilet was clean and spacious. My room had the best view of the pool. My guest and I spent the evening relaxing at the balcony while enjoying the view. Bed was nice and comfortable. However, the furniture in the room was dusty. The inside of the cupboard was also dusty. Furniture is old and dated. The carpet in the room looked dirty too. There were lots of cobwebs and lizard droppings around the balcony area (and on the chairs). We had to clean it up a bit before sitting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the Deluxe Executive Chalet, felt truly luxurious and pampered. Room is very spacious with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a quick break not too far away from the city. Food presentation was beautiful, taste wise acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is nice but right now there is not much activity other than the pool. The rooms are our dated and the cleanliness is not there. Pillows have stains and we changed rooms but the result was only a little better. We booked for three days and left in two days as there was no activity for the kids other than the pool. Everything is still close. Restaurants are good but breakfast can have better choices and cleanliness as well. Overall service is very slow as well, especially the check-in process. I hope it gets better in future visits when things open up further
