★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much disappointing experience with the front desk lady. I went for whole body massage as I had backache and ask time from her as I had to bring my son from movie theatre. She gave me last call time 8:45 pm . I just reached Ayu Borneo ioi at 8:49 pm. Only for four minutes delay , after so much of requests She denied to do my body massage. I also offered her 55 mins massage to get as I have lost my precious 4 mins from my life by running inside the huge mall and to get to that place. Still she denied and was giving relentless look by her cat’s eye contact lenses. It just happened 11 mins ago . I am still sitting in disappointment out side of the massage parlour. If I was a local Malaysian I would have sued this shop for this much irresponsibility. I give minus stars and no stars for their attitude and behaviour. Shame on Ayu Borneo Wellness Center and their front desk staff. Today is 19th of May , time of her duty 8:45 pm . Please whoever is concerned look for the duty register and identify the person. She is not worth working your Center. Shame shame shame !!! 4 mins of my life has been the reason of this disappointment this evening.

2. make sure the location gets the correct booking.
3.have a friendly face to welcome you in.
4.if something is not correct, try to fix it and not blame the call centre and laugh in the customers face.
5.be apologetic and understand the customers frustration.
all this came about when the call centre screwed up the 12 noon on the 22/04/22 booking and the location did not have our reservation. we drove 45 minutes only to be greated by the unfriendly male reception who said......YES.(instead of,hello welcome to ayu borneo how may i assit you......then....sorry no booking and laughed at the call centre's screw up. when i got upset and addresed the issue,the next thing that came out of his mouth was......im fasting.
sorry,but what has fasting got to do with my screwed up booking. Get you act together Ayu Borneo!!!!!!!!!!

1.Thai Deep Tissue Massage
2. Foot, Neck & Shoulder Massage
3. Aromatherapy Massage
Will definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great choice to get your body relax with authentic Thai massage instead of Thai Odyssey. Price is affordable and now there is opening special deal offering. However it is not easy to locate its massage center as it is actually located outside of the mall. This massage center is located at the exit which is very near to Absolute Thai restaurant. There is a 7 eleven located just next to this Ayu Borneo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an upper body massage; 1 hour. The masseur was incredibly lazy. After the first 30mins of massage, she went out of the room for like 10mins long to just get a hot-towel, basically she went out to talk with the other masseur (they were loud talking & laughing outside). She then massage my forehead in circular motion for 10-15mins? I paid RM110+ for literally a really bad experience? There weren’t any body “cracking” at all during the massage. I really really really regret going to this place (Thai Odyssey was full during that time).
