Service top notch. Service Advisor are friendly & professional, especially Mr Chua. Suspect this center is short-staffed as the SA are busy but they remain cool & unflustered. Waiting time can be longer than usual due to short-staffed. Sadly, at 3.42pm 18-Nov-2021, one person was seen to have removed his mask, breaching center's SOP.

Updated review: my first visit after their long awaited refurbishment. I was very impressed with their layout and design. Service is too notch as always. Best you have plenty of food to eat while waiting for your car to be serviced. My only downside is the wait was too long as the person in charge wasn’t able to attend to me and no one able to tell me what’s gonna on and then had me waiting for an hour.

But Mr Munir the Sales Gentleman would be available to answer your various queries...??? For me, my dream did actually come true!! After using this GLC 200 for more than 2 years, I am completely satisfied with its performance and it has totally proven as value for money..Also, please check out the new GLB 200 model, which is a 7 seater..don’t worry okay, just continue your dreams…??

in January 2022 place a no obligation 100% refundable booking fee for a new Mercedes Benz C200 (2022) with salesman Mr. Kelven. Promised that if I wish to cancel will take only 2 or 3 week to refund. However despite numerous calls , whatsapps , "checking and chasing" by the salesman until now Mid June 2022, still could not get back my 100% refundable booking fee. Very incompetent, unprofessional, irresponsible and made me have total loss of trust with them.

Went to service my car on 3rd Jan, 22 and upon collecting my car, there were a lot of scratches all over. Make a complaint and they polished but there are still scratches that are not being able to remove. On 27th Feb, 22 I went outstation and mid way, there was a warning sign that the engine oil level was too high and to reduce oil level. Upon my return, I sent my car for them to check and was told that they had added too much engine oil and they drained out the access. I further enquired why it is possible to overfill the engine oil in the first place. What a INCOMPETENT service team. I wanted to lodge an official complaint and was told that it is not available at this servicing centre. What !!!!!!! Are they sure there is no avenue to lodge a complaint!!!!

Bad experience, send in to check ABS problem since morning, waited whole day till I call up only tell me they have been busy and need one more day to check. The next day I have to follow up again, and then only send me bill without discount which is not what he promise, he said will give me some discount earlier. And I waited whole day again only come back to me he cannot get approval need few days. Actually I have inform him from early morning if they cannot give discount is ok, I will collect my car since is still early, I can send my car for other workshop which I believe cycle charges is way too expensive, definitely double what other workshop could do. Very bad service !!

Rather bad service from the sales person that attended to me. Called to enquire for a particular model and was advised no available unit for viewing which I can understand. I asked how can I proceed and she (malay lady) advised they will have to submit a request for the unit from HQ and will whatsapp me for my details to proceed. Zero update / follow up after that. Second incident was that I sent a test drive request via their website and even received an auto generated response that they have acknowledged my request. Been 1-2 weeks now and no one bothered to reach out. I can understand that they are receiving massive sales placement of late, however it does not discount their professionalism in dealing with potential customers. Its really not rocket science but to me, this is somewhat arrogance. But to be fair, don't believe all their sales staffs acts that way, but one experience such as this, does set a strong impression.
