★ ★ ★ ★ ★ besides d tremendous varieties available there, nothing special about this shop. dropped by with my 9yo son after his drum exam in d academy at forth floor, after sitting down less than 2mins, this elderly supervisor rush in and asked anything they can help whilst insisting not to play too long. i was asking are all these drum sets only for DISPLAY? he said not really, can test but not for long. then been standing behind us since then. Bentley, let me give u a piece of advise. besides providing consumers varieties of ur product, giving ppl friendly environment is essential s well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited cause a hotel musician told our dad that if he wants to get his keyboard formatted with the kind of music setup like keroncong and other malay traditional music, he can get Bentley to do it. But Mr Roy came and attended us, showing us a room filled with keyboards from few brands. Sadly, there was no such setup and no keyboard that matches our hunt. But Mr Roy continue to walk us around and show us every other instruments my husband played ? only then we figured that it was a specific keyboard brand and Bentley was not an authorized seller but we had great time visiting Bentley ? Thank you for your kind assistance Mr Roy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the security management should revisit the mYsejahtera scanning system. You have so many mysejahtera QR scan codes everywhere and your security at the carpark entrance insist I scan before taking the parking ticket . I think this is a silly.
I just shot pass the QR code stand and he insist I reverse just to scan the code. I ask him to come near me as he is holding a QR code but he's being reluctant to help. I ask him why he wa to ti make my life difficult and he starts talking jibberish.
I don't understand why can't you all just be like other malls, let customer drive in and park their car first. Prior entering the building have to scan as elevator point or any entrance to the main building. And also train your guards to be a little more understanding and courteous too. Is not hard. Thanks you.
