I would like to express my great appreciation for the services rendered to me by Ms. Mun Teng. FACTS OF THE SERVICE RENDERED 1. My RossMax Blood Pressure Monitor needs recalibration so I contacted Ms. Mun Teng on 6 September 2021 for assistance 2. As discussed, I can send the monitor to Big Pharmacy near my residence which will take about 2 weeks for servicing. As the monitor is needed to be used daily, I requested to personally send the monitor to Cypress Medic office which will then take just 1 day which Ms. Mun Teng agreed 3. However, I found out that because of MCO, I cannot travel to Cypress due to no inter-state travel, road closure and roadblocks 4. I contacted Ms. Mun Teng again and told her that I have to send the monitor to Big Pharmacy OUG and I will have to buy a new monitor during the time my present monitor is being serviced 5. Surprise, Surprise! Ms. Mun Teng readily offered to loan me a spare monitor and will deliver it to me at OUG on the same day 6. Met Ms. Mun Teng at the agreed time and place, gave her my monitor for servicing and she gave me the monitor under loan and showed me the proper way to take measurements UNBELIVEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Ms. Mun Teng has shown not just Excellent service, not just Outstanding service but Unbelievable Customer Service!Β  In fact, it has been a very long time since I have been rendered such customer service and this is exceptionally rare and hard to come by. Ms. Mun Teng has demonstrated these 5 Key Qualities of Customer Service really well: Reliability - She delivers Cypress business motto that is; β€œOur customer is our priority” making sure that customer's needs are met Responsiveness - She responds to customer's request with speed, takes ownership and resolves the problem quickly Make Customer Feel Valued – She makes the customer feel valued, respected and important Empathy – She listens to the customer, understands the customer's problem and asks the right questions in order to solve the customer's problem Competence – She is efficient and makes the customer feel confident that she can help to solve the problem, not just talk Once again, a very BIG THANK YOU to Ms. Mun Teng, who is definitely a role model for customer service for Cypress Medic.
