Many of the popular trending modules and components are sadly not available in Penang island, but mostly can be found with Cytron. How I wish they have a shop in the island for collection, so that makers don't have to rely on nowadays unreliable delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First up, your robot's sensors are very very very inconsistent. They either randomly trigger or wouldn't trigger at all. For example your light sensor randomly spikes and doesn't give an accurate reading.
Secondly, your programming software are very laggy. Every time I try to upload something, it takes forever to send it to the robot. Also when I write a slightly longer program, the whole software just lags like crazy.
Thirdly, your pricing is ridiculous. Even more advanced robot are much much cheaper. If you want to make a new product, make one that is fresh, not some reused ideas from your existing products.
All in all, I hope you create better products in the future. As the saying goes, quality over quantity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cytron has some very good versions of the Arduino Uno and some good powerfull motor controllers.
I like their promotions and their website is very straightforward and full of information.
Delivery here in the Philippines is extremely fast.
For me it's 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy 50 units for projects but was turned down by the Extremely poor customer service. Called few times over several days to inquire but never pick up the call. Whatsapp also nvr reply. Went to the shop personally but was asked to order online cuz they can't take physical order. Not even allowed us to sit in the premise while we were trying to order. Instead asked us to place our order under god damn hot sun. Ended up a few minimal units due to lack of choices. Very berlagak so please try avoid ordering from them at all cost.
