 just joined this factory. work stands and sometimes there is a station can sit process..there are songs can be heard during work. brothers and sisters are all willing to teach and take care of us.

Minami not welcome people who are attitude issue, absence issue, selfish type and ego types. Minami is giving knowledge and work experience place. Just take positive and try to avoid negative for you. The best Director i ever met. Also the stuff HR are very kind.

I have developed in me the diversified skills like Leadership, flexibility, compatibility, innovation and many others which help me maintain the integrity mutually.They inspired me.Helped me to build up my career and always gave me advice on things that i confused on.they managed to help me find my passion in manufacturing.working under NO pressure amd not stressful environment. Of course with music on production why u need to be stress for??! Im fortune enough to get the chance to work with such a wonderful organization. Respectful towards each other.Working only on morning shift gave me the opportunity to had my own time for myself and family.Im a person that keen to search for knowledge and Minami gave me what i searching for.
I am extremely grateful to this company for helping me develop my excellence. Words will not be sufficient enough to show how thankful i am.Thank you for always trust in me even sometime i didn't trust myself but they did.I am fortunate to be an employee of this company.Together it wouldn't be difficult for us to move the Mountains.
