★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service etiquette, not friendly and double standard in terms of attending to customers. Please treat whoever entering your boutique equally. Not all customers who come to your boutique wearing branded clothing and driving a car has money to spend and not all customers who come to your boutique wearing jeans and t-shirt and riding motorbike has no money. My sister experienced that today and it is such a disappointment. It is already year 2022 and this type of attitude should be left behind. When you are in customer service line, don't be bias or choosy.
