★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice environment , excep facilities like toilet, bathroom it's not so convenient.
big house with 4 rooms only provide with 2 bath rooms.
Aircond not so cool.....but it's still nice place to bring big family for gathering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional and savvy. Feel the malay cuisine here. You also can swimming in pool and take a walk along the palm farm. Very nice to have a family gathering here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied with price and room condition with such a breathtaking environment and clean air..suitable for short gateway from city. Just need to improve on toilet cause it seem dirty and smelly also need to check regularly on pest inside the room cause there is ant and cockroaches roaming around..overall is good..staff is nice just need a little bit improvement..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large homestay which can accomodate some 100+ guests located in a palm oil estate in Sungai besar. Unlike other homestay in sungai besar which are predominately located within paddy fields. Each homestay is equipped with proper beds which look comfortable. Some are also equipped with mini kitchen very suitable for family day as the place is children friendly with swimming pool, good road system for bicycles and above all in a gated area.
Guests are advised to ensure to get all your personal requirement ready as shops or business centre are located far away from this homestay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is in own compund area with few houses or room manage bu them like a resort... Have facilities like swimming pool, rental on buggy amd bicycle... Just near the road... easy to see.... The people service also is good with polite and helpful attitude... Room is quite clean when check in.... Good for groups and family gathering with affordable price..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . Room is clean well maintained but AC not functioning in the hottest Malaysia weather! But the floor is cracking not properly covered. Insects n small snakes can crawl into the room.
