She tried to keep me inform on my hairs’ condition and the products that's going on my hair. They also explained every little detail such as what type of hair cut and colour suited me!

Ms.PC really gave the best hair wash experience while Ms.Yuan gave a very satisfying haircut and advice on my hair well-being. I would highly recommend this saloon. 1 would give this a 10 star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I entered the salon knowing what I wanted to correct about my hair, and was pleasantly attended to in the sincerest way possible, by a mixture of Stylists and the Creative Director. Initially I sought a K Gloss treatment to rectify the frizziness and dryness of my hair, but I was advised to try the Tokio Inkarami treatment instead for longer lasting results (2 months versus 6 months), softer and shiner hair (due to their differences in methodology), and a greater bang for my buck.
From my understanding, Tokio Inkarami is a multi-step procedure that involves the layering of protein, keratin, and hydration treatment. On the flipside, K Gloss strengthens one’s hair keratin which tends to leave a firmer finish.
The Tokio Inkarami treatment involved the tailored use of products to various segments of my hair. As an example, different products were applied to the outer layer of my hair which was fairly damaged, the inner layer of my hair which was relatively unproblematic, and to the tips of my hair which were the most damaged.
Despite the influx of customers filing into the studio, Joanne (Stylist) and Christopher (Creative Director) worked seamlessly together to provide my damaged hair the tender attention it needed, despite having to flit to other patrons every couple of minutes. (The hustle and bustle here is testimony to the amazing work they do, and the great care they give to every customer!)
Highly recommend a visit to this studio for your haircare needs! Many thanks to the hardworking and dedicated stylists who strive to upkeep a personalised experience for all.
