Im very satisfied my new haircut, and he also point out my hair loss problem that i didnt realise before. So proceed to do scalp treatment and it feels so good during and after treatment. Highly recommended the senior director hairstylist, James???

Worth 3 stars because
- The hairstylist make professional decision what color should my hair be Warm Brown, though I would like Ash Brown. Professional always right!
- I have visible grey hair and the result is way lighter, so I guess hairstylist is confident it will covers them, pro max!
- Must follow hairstylist first suggestion (Deep cleanse) cuz it will definitely makes my scalp (ears and neck) have tingling sensation, according to the hair stylist when I feedback. I chosen second suggestion-scalp protector gel, oh dang~
- Their staff have good relationship where they help to cover each other task, with me having total 2 person wash my hair
- I guess this salon dont provide head massage during hair wash, I shouldn’t compare with how other salon practice
- 3 person blow dry my hair, at different time. They are good in training their staff, letting a manicurist help to blow dry my hair, letting staff to have different career path, good for them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m great to meet Jack Ng in this random walk before I have to go back home for dinner , just try luck if any stylist available fortunately this senior stylist serve me well and understand what I wanted. Very comfortable conversation and no obligation like how other service person I had encounter before. 10/10 thumbs up ! Definitely will return back again next time.
