★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic and the name looks impressive but actually not that professional. Fixed appointment to see Dr Wong for myself and my children. After 45 mins of waiting, my son went in for check up and I am not allowed to be in the room and no feedback given to me and Dr proceed to do scalling without consulting and any explanation to me. Never at all that I am not allowed to accompany my children when I took them to dentist. What kind of doctor is this??? After all he is just a very young doctor.
After my son, suppose to be my turn but somehow another patient was allowed to cut my queue. I asked the staff in charge, she smiled and walked away and the patient who cut queue walked in happily. I went back and told my family members never to visit this dentist anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on holidays in pangkor.. My 8 yrs old son had a very bad toothache and we were desperate to c a dentist as soon as possible. Found this clinic which was open on sundays. My son always refuse to c a dentist b4 this and I thought that it would be another stressful visit. To my surprise... the Dr was very professional. Explained very patiently n really know how to calm my son and managed to do extraction.
Thank you Dr Tommy for doing your job so well and waiting for my son so patiently. I'm forever grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited D'smile last week with my children. the staffs there are very friendly. The doctors there might looked young but I believed they are very experienced. When its my son turn to go in. Doctor asked me not to follow as I was quite worried bout. but surprisingly my son was doing ok inside the room. I believed doctor has his unique way to calm children. so i was quite release and happy about it. I am very happy that doctors will consult with you and telling you step by step what they are going to do next. but recommended to make an appointment first before you went or you have to wait patiently.

However, the fillings feel rough and one of the them had issues even after a few months whereby it hurts every time i have anything hot or cold.

Need to booking before come.
The parking is limited.
