Very sad about Citylink... Better use J&T, Skynet or GDEX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really up sad with the service.. my thing delay and pending delivering for almost 2 week.. when i call say that i want to pick up the ckerk say ok.. but since i arrived to the place.. the clerk say the driver already take it and deliver.. come on this is my 3rd coming.. do you think i have so much time to come here.. pleaseeeeee.. upgrade your staff. and one more thing.. we put phone no at the form for you to call,not for the accessories..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think citylink Sitiawan has serious management problems and need to add more staff. Can you imagine my parcel has reached Sitiawan on 12/6/2020 and only received it 11 days later? I pity the ones who answers all the phone calls as they have limitations trying to sort out the problems due to shortage of staff. Increased in parcel volume and quantity does not justify to delay the delivery for 11 days when the parcel has already reached your place! I would definitely not use this courier service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly with customers. Called in to ask for help whereby document sent to another place, I was told to contact the hub center. I searched for the contacts in the website as was told by the staff. Finally got fed up, look for it as Google maps. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are giving comments as e-commerce seller. First, this City-Link closed at public holiday and weekend. In current world, e-commerce and online shopping should be 24/7. Unlike J&T, they opened every day including weekend and public holiday. Second, we drop off parcel in morning and only at after 7 pm, the parcel is send out. Unlike J&T which provide more faster status. We chose City-Link as courier services as part of customer request.
