★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gamuda Land #DsuitesCondo in #HorizonHills must have the most perplexing and illogical parking arrangement.
The most expensive and largest units have their car parking lots the furthest away and at the end of their block entrance while the smallest studio units have theirs next to it.
Any sane and logical person would know largest units would typically be bought by families with multiple family members living under the same room and largest foot traffic to their parked cars with multiple groceries run, school send off, lugging of stuff between their abode and vehicle.
Yet, I find it is very lazy organisation from the developer's side.Think outside the box, they are definitely not.
Not to mention, the look of their resident postboxes and block entrances would really turn you off. It is akin to a PPR or flat kos murah.
A project with units reaching close to a million RM can't even give you better designed postboxes with integrated locks. Instead, every owner have to buy their own locks and you don't even need to imagine how it looks like. Just peer into a dingy flat or shophouse and look at their boxes if you happen to pass by one.
I could go on about my dissatisfaction and the price paid to value ratio but it would just be very long winded.
Just PM me and I would be more than glad to show you how it actually look like instead of the glossy brochures that the eager salesperson would furnish.
