but the service damnnn sucks...very bad altitude for the guards...sorry to say...the management is sucks...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 1 block condominium has an airconditioned 5-star lobby with full club facilities. The compound is not gated or with walls surrounding it like most typical condo properties. One needs an access card to enter the lobby which is always close to deter outsiders. There is a help desk cum security in the lobby. One needs an access card to use the lift that leads to the upper floors. Most owners/residents are Singaporean. There are units facing the Straits of Johore and overlooking Woodlands Waterfront. The view will be blocked soon from the high rise development of R&F Princess Cove nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in a strategic location. Very near to Kastam check point to exit to Singapore. The apartment units are well maintained. They offer free WiFi in lobby area. The gymnasium is well equipped. Parking is limited and sometimes full. There is a nearby mamak shop if you want to grab something to eat.
