Service was non existent. Servers didn't look in my direction and I only got to place my order 10min after being seated down (time: 4:30pm, crowd: only a few tables taken). After placing my order, I was told the Nyonya Zhang (seasonal special) was sold out. Pan fried carrot cake was also no more. With 50% of the items on my order not available, I literally walked out. Not recommended considering the non attentive servers and lack of food items.

Food ok not the best one. Price quite reasonable considering the portion quite big. Very wide variety of choices as a typical Chinese restaurant.

Variety of selection in their menu. The wanton noodle is good but it would be better if the cha siew pieces can be cut into smaller pieces. Also, this place charges RM3.50 for a small little tiny sauce plate of pickled green chilli which I find is rather ridiculous. They only give a few pcs of green chilli which is not enough even for me....someone who doesn't take much chilli. Pls consider in waiving the charges of extra green chilli

Went over to the newly openned Dai Cha Dim outlet in Pavilion KL. The outlet is located at level 6 right opposute TGI Friday. Tried out the steam rice with pork and mui choy, siew mai, chilled mango with pomelo and beauty in the tea osmanthus for my lunch. Overall I rate 4/5 for food, service, cleanliness and ambience.

$$$ siu yoke rice, classic pork lard rice, soya bean ice are quite good but Services like Hong-Kong style. Normal peak hours quite packed. Food generally here better and tastier. Waiter n waitresses all sour face n grumpy faces ? w customers

Food is super good here, it's tasty and perfect. However most of the dishes in the menu is unavailable when you arrive after 6pm. For service, some of the waitress doesn't look friendly, maybe it is due to the long day of work, there's alot of frustration in the face. (It made us uncomfortable) Overall,I would come back for the food in the future. p/s: Dim Sum is only available until 5pm

Overall is average. The taste is delicious and don’t need to wait too long for the food. One little comment is that the noodle is extremely long and it is hard to eat. The service was terrible. The staff ignored us. We was waiting for over 10 minutes and finally needed to ask the staff for a menu. One of the staff, an auntie, was not nice while serving a soup. She was about to spill the soup on the table and put the bowl very hard.
