Fairly pricy for AVG food. Does not taste the same as the ones in China. Presentation and environment is good but would like to see them improvement the food quality and taste to the real thing. Also they don't have everything on the menu at the time we order which was disappointing. If you don't have it than don't out it on the menu.

Food is nice HOWEVER, the serving time is ridiculously. Time interval between dishes is > 10 mins!! How can a customer enjoy the delicious dishes when they are being served in such manner? It's much more better to wait before any dishes were served rather than waiting between dishes.

Came here for their soup noodles. Turned out, they said out of stock. Fine. Ordered their fried rice, they used cheap rice instead of Japanese rice to fry which in other branches do that. Fried rice is very bland too. Menu is not like other branches. So disappointing

Poor service. There is long queue out there but manager is like just wake up from a nice sleep. Ordered a peking duck and the pepper salt duck not being serve until end of my dining. End up asked for 10 times only serve and i just pack it home. Mean while the shop is serving less then 10 table. No more visit.. Is totally bad experience!

Long q for dinner. But thanks to experienced staff, the line was slowly moving in and I think they did a very good job during peak hours. Probably waited for half hour before seated in. We ordered ala carte dishes that went with rice, Taiwan 3 cup chicken, dongbo pork, stewed bean curd and xiaolongbao. Kitchen was efficient. All items served met expectation as usual. Except xiaolongbao, skin is a bit too thin that it broke when we tried to pick up using our chopsticks. Service staff was fast and quickly cleared our table as we finished our meals in less than an hour. Always a reliable place to dine in at pavillion KL.

Quite expensive for sure and really really packed as they dont open all the tables as the follow the stricts sop. And sosial distancing for sure. the tea is really good i love it. The duck is nice but not as the best as the other peking duck restaurant in the same mall hahaha other foods quite ok lah.

Everything here is chargeable. Extra wet towel will coat u $1. Asked fr extra condiments for the Peking duck(cucumber, honeydews n spring onion) and this will cost you extra $8! Food taste good though.

We were the first one to walk in and the the tables next to us were all full after that. I had no idea why everyone was put to sit in a row especially social distancing is important. The only memorable experience we had here was the longan drink was nice and the bean curds too! Will we return for the food? No. ?‍♂️ PS: Great customer service though!
