Great service by the technician. Explained clearly on the costs of repair which at the end, better to buy a new air conditioner instead...he was also kind enough to help with the disposal since I have no idea how to and save me the effort to carry the heavy thing back home.....very much appreciated and keep up the good work!

This is what you get for your lousy interview screening. 30 seconds to read up questions and answer immediately and unable to disclose salary. There is never this much disrespect from a company to its potential employees. If you can't interview properly, don't waste other people's time.

Dealing with these guys is confusing. The follow up is patchy at best. I had 2 aircon units that were no longer cold. So I called Daikin to troubleshoot them in May 2019. After charging me RM300 for the service, the technician said that the liquid sensors needed changing on one unit and other needed a R410a gas recharge. In the report however he wrote the same liquid sensor issue on both units. Anyway, he told me to contact Daikin to arrange for the liquid sensor quote and repair. I chased up 3 times in May whereby they promised to call back with a quote. I heard nothing from them. In June I was away on holiday, so in July I followed up on the liquid sensor quote. They said that the case is closed. Having explained the situation they once again promised to come back on the liquid sensor quote which came up to about RM400. I was happy to replace this, which took another week for an available technician to do it. When they came, they then said there was nothing wrong with the sensors, instead the entire compressor needed changing. Throughout this process, the aircon was still cold. But after their 2nd troubleshooting process, it stopped working. They insisted that the compressors needed changing and it would cost RM4000, almost the cost of the entire unit replacement! Over the weekend I insisted that the Technicians come and recharge the R410a gas that leaked during their troubleshooting process. Aircon works fine now after that. The lack of communication and the lack of competency In troubleshooting the Aircon makes me wonder if these guys are for real. Hence the Low rating. I didn’t expect such poor service for a credible brand but I Guess we all learn from our mistakes.

Their technical services very good and honest. However their aircon is of very bad quality. I have 5 units of daikin ac and had experienced various type of failures within 2 years vs other brands. Not very reliable aircon and some breakdown not worth servicing. Better to just throw out and buy another brand

I called the service centre during mco and they said they will send a technician after mco. Now weeks after aircond service has been allowed they didn’t come. I hve paid a private contractor to repair my aircond which was under warranty during time of complaint. Also after one year there is leaking where else my previous Panasonic aircond had no issue for 15 years. Bad service

The customer service really terrible. Already reschedule once, still cant get technician to come, technician number provided, call but no one pick up. What the customer service say is ask to keep waiting, end up still cant get the service. If need service or repair, strongly not recommend to get from Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. Really horrible service. Waste of time.

beli spareparts RZF100CVM from Daikin Dealer....once open the box the PCB dented waiting replacement take so long...bad services

I'm DISAPPOINTED and DOUBT on the warranty covered by Daikin. Reported aircon issue almost one month and yet getting any arrangement by Daikin. Finally got their reply but Daikin asked us to engage third party do some service cleaning and pump in the gas and mentioned might charged us for the repair and maintenance even we are under warranty. What the nonsense reply! Its only 5 months old and still under warranty tho! What is the coverage about actually???!! Aircon price getting higher compared to other brand but the after sales service so suck! Always get a very general reply and keep asking us to call the customer service hotline without provide proper solution and anyone to follow up the case! Super lousy customer service and after sales service.
