★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious. In terms of pricing here, really not wallet friendly. Wanted to buy bakery, there is a fly flying around inside the bread container. Friendly cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it. The arrangements of racks in the store are widely spread out and organised. Shoppers won't feel cramped doing their shopping. The shopping floor is clean, and items on the racks and shelves are free of dust. All good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This newly open hypermart chain very clean and organized. Eventhough it is smaller than others, it has most neccessity items. Very convenient mart and not so crowded. Cashier counters are limited but there are also self checkout counters where you scan and pay by your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a big outlet. Reasonably organised. Not many staff around to ask for assistance. Cashiers are slow. Lots of everyday items with occasional good deals. There is also a fresh food section that is popular with those working nearby. They give 1 hour free parking if you spend a certain amount. Overall good for a quick grocery shopping trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were all surprised by the recent Raya announcement so I had to rush to get provision to cook the next day. Arrived at 10pm and the guard was nice to allow us to park right in front of the entrance. We rushed in and the security even hand us a trolley and told us that we have time. The staff was helpful knowing we were panic buying. It was more like a supermarket sweep! Even the cashier waited for us and check us out without a fuss. He even gave us shoppers free gift. Even though it was past their operation hours we were treated well and with patience. Definitely deserve a 5 star customer service! Kudos to their management and staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The supermarket looks simple but is actually complex and inefficient from a shopper's perspective. The staff are friendly but not competent and slow . The supermarket is very big with many departments all put into one floor- bakery, meat, home and furnishing, electronics, etc with the majority of space being allocated to food . It has many items but not a lot of variety in brands. So once you selected your grocery items, then there is long line of people waiting at the cashier . There are self-check out counters but I guess it can be frustrating scanning the barcode oneself when the machine isn't user- friendly. Hence more customers opt to use the person cashier instead . Rm 60 spending gets you 1 hour free parking ...so you better be fast in getting your items as the cashier is slow . Once paid, then you need to get to the car park office ( not the aeon customer service by the side ) to validate the parking ticket. Mind you, the car parking person is also handling other matters regarding parking such as refunding car park deposits to tenants ...so there is another waiting time. No priority is given to validation of parking ticket customers . They don't tell you that once validated, you need not go to the ticket machine to pay but pay at the exit Booth. You push the trolley with is misaligned out and the doors to the car park lot is not even automatic, you have to open the doors manually and then push the trolley out to the poorly lit car park lot . Then payment is at the exit Booth which also has a line of cars waiting to pay their parking tickets, so by the time you paid, your already exceeded the free 1 hour parking period and will be charged Rm 3 for the 2nd hour!
