β β β β β Paid for car park ticket.Showed receipt proof of payment Ticket fell in elevator shaft still had to pay for lost ticket. Staff insisted on photocopying my driving license. Is this legal??

β β β β β Before MCO there have security on duty need check mysejahtera & temperature before enter the parking / collect ticket, but now MCO 3.0 end why still have security standing there to check mysejahtera & temperature since the customer later also either enter the Starling mall or their own office premisses also need to check in mysejahtera. It is so irritated to press on break while driving a car in car park before enter . The only best part is the multi level parking which link to Starling mall free first 1 hour which so far cant find at other parking center.
