★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to respect the shop opened same row as VP. Once you try here you won't go back to VP. Sambal here is excellent, rice is fragrant, peanut and ikan bilis are crunchy fresh. Rendang ayam is above par. The service is attentive and most importantly no long long queue. Don't forget about the drink. Quite up to standard too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked past a saw many people inside, food hunting! Saw the reviews were good, decided to go in. Clean and airy, tables are placed nicely and comfortable with the distance between them.
Ordered a large Hainanese tea, nasi lemak rendang beef and a plate sotong samble. Might need to check my health some day.
Drink came in a jiffy. Food followed closely.
The Hainanese tea needs to tone down on the coffee, over 'kaw'. Doesn't come close to the name.
But.....
The nasi lemak with rendang beef, beware! It's really good! The nasi lemak fragrance is there, the rendang beef is 'fall off the bone' tender. Then the sambal sotong, really chunky cut for maximum enjoyment. Nice! Really nice!
I could say must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fried chicken in nasi lemak ayam goreng was amazing! Crunchy on the outside and yet soft in the inside. The Sam bak was not too spicy as well. I also ordered iced hainan coffee but it was just so-so. The nasi lemak is worth it! Would defo come back for the fried chicken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a Nasi Ayam Berempah lover and have not tried Say Yes, you definitely should try. Personal opinion, I find this better than Village Park.
The quality & taste of the food here is amazing!!! Love the Rendang Chicken & Nasi Ayam Berempah is superb. Should try the Hainan Kopi & also Toasted Bread.
Would definitely come back again for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasi lemak could rival Village Park which is also around the area. Price wise, slightly cheaper as well.
Toasted bun with kaya and butter is nice, well toasted and has the crisp.
Chee Cheong Fun and steamed bread were just so so.

Very good nasi lemak. The rice was nicely lemak and fragrant. Chicken was a well fried, very aromatic and tasty. Love the Hainan kopi too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard the nasi lemak here is amazing, and I concur. Excellent rice, delicious sambal, and addictive fried chicken. Genuinely one of the best nasi lemak you can get in the Klang Valley area. I also had roti bakar with butter and kaya and half boiled eggs on my visit, but these were much more average. Teh ais was great, and being served in a really large cup makes it even better. Staff were very welcoming and polite, and the ambience of the kopitiam will definitely bring you back to a simpler time while the rest of Damansara Utama seems to keep getting more and more "modern". Definitely worth a visit for the nasi lemak and fried chicken, and I'll surely be back again (or order it for delivery as parking in the area is always a hassle).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Nasi Lemak in PJ where I think it's Comparable to Village Park. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. The Nasi Lemak was fragrant with pandan and santan aroma, chicken was crunchy and served hot, sambal was perfect, slight spicy but just enough. Roti was good too. And I have to say, the beverage is amazing! Kopi and lemon honey was both wonderful and we had to order a second one. Aircond was a breeze under this hot weather.
Only downside today is beverage was served really late compared to maindish. I guess its because lack of manpower to prepere the beverage? I definitely will visit this place again. ?
