β β β β β Place is quite but it's not easy place to go, there's no shops not even a small local shop nearby you have to go bangsar or Bukit Damansara even you have to buy bread only

β β β β β Good vibes all around. Old school charm. Great views. Solid build quality. Family friendly. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of privacy. Central location. Solid marble floors. Great airflow through units bringing in fresh Qi daily. I personally love the drive up through the windy tree & shrub lined road. Hindu temple nearby with lovely puja sounds some days. Large uncovered balcony on 5th floor apartments if youβre into gardening. These little touches make the place special despite being a little inconvenient location wise. Good for home bodies.

β β β β β I was considering this condo, but after I realised there is not even 1 shop anywhere near it to buy simple things like Bread, Coffee/Tea etc; I decided not to. You have to drive out whether you like it or not if you cant cook or spend a lot on grabfood. There is not even 1 restaurant or mamak stall nearby. It is as if the developer built this condo without considering how troublesome it is without any food stalls or mini market near it.
Cheaper condos elsewhere have so many shops and eating places near them and we can walk... dont even need to drive to eat or buy essential things.
