β β β β β Service residences living with concierge service at the lobby . Location wise, the place is walking distance to some Damansara Heights ( Dungun area ) offices and the MRT Semantan . It has a pool and gym on one of the the middle floors plus with commercial lots for F&B and gym . Nice lifestyle home .

β β β β β Good place for singles or just married couples.The atmosphere is like a 3 star hotel but it is a safe hideout for those seeking peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. I just stayed one night with my nephew who moved in there.The plus point is whoever want to meet the big timers of ( don't know from where) ,yes of course you can meet them here as Istana Negara is just nearby.Rental starts from 3700 and above.

β β β β β After my experience of living there for 3 years this is my conclussion:
Cons: units facing pool, KLCC and Damansara are super hot, 34 degrees without aircon so be ready to use aircon 24x7. Electricity bill will be over 1.2k. Units facing MRT are a bit noisy coz highway and MRT. Pool has no area for relaxing anymore since that area was replaced by a restaurant, so you can just use the pool exclusively for swimming.
Pro: Clean, safe, walking distance to mrt, very good gym, two carpark per unit, nice and helpful guards, allowed pets, low density, quite walking area around
