β β β β β Fantastic spa experience on my 1st visit in early August. The massage service level was good and environment nice & quiet. And to my pleasure surprise, my relationship manager Ken and the branch manager there Irene was so nice to arrange & gave me a birthday cake for my birthday! Truly a wonderful 5* experience and hospitality ??

β β β β β It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. My very first time to this spa. I've got a voucher from a friend for my birthday treat. Called and made appointment told them I have voucher send by phone. They fix the appointment & send me a reminder.
Currently I just recovered from a fracture so was using my clutches. The very moment I walked in itself the welcoming was very sick. Later I was very rudely told that without physical voucher I won't be able to redeem it. Later on they just make me wait for an hour to verify. For this simple issue the staff said need to call the director to confirm.
I wonder how well are the staff trained to verify this issues with the director.
People come for spa & massage for relaxing but I walk out very disappointed. Will never recommend to any anyone !

β β β β β Before you step into the spa, the aroma of the wonderful herbs will welcome you first, which will certainly rejuvenate your mind. The hospitality of the staffs are excellent. The spa itself, deserves a 5 star rating..clean, cozy, comfortable, well decorated, and pleasant. The massage sessions are adequate and worthy. I slept during the massage hehehe. I highly recommend this spa..been few times and never regretted once. After massage session, they provide little healthy snacks and green tea.
