I signed up for the promotion SUMUZU hair removal then they force me to continue sign up for 12 sessions for 3k, end up no result at all and it's all due to their staff mistake!
SUMUZU hair removal is said to be painless but it's super painful for me and there is no positive result, my hair is still growing.
I have done 10 sessions with staff A, the last two sessions was done by staff B. Staff B explained that if the gel applied is not enough, I will feel pain, and the power that the staff A set wasn't strong enough for me as I have thicker hair that's why there is no result.
So all the 10 sessions I did by staff A due to her mistake, I was suffering on the pain and no result at all.
They still asked me to sign up for another 12 sessions and did not apologize on their staff mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place are very neat and clean, it is very comfortable doing treatment there. I love the environment there and the music is very relaxing. Thanks to staff Pei Shan service me, she is very friendly and helpful. Recommended doing sumuzu (hair removal treatment), it's not painful at all and also very coolings ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumuzu hair remover is good for girl.. I had try it before, very clean.. There is no bad effect, but the first time must be more careful whether it will lead to hair follicle inflammation..Ask the therapist how to take care...
As long as you have money, you can do anything....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get very stressed out every single time I go to this "clinic". I signed 2-3 packages, total worth more than 20,000, I'vd paid such a huge amount already, but everytime I go there the staff will force and push me to buy products, do more treatments, etc.
Almost had a mental breakdown once. I still go there cus I already paid such amount. Traumatic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place for their Pore Care treatment promotion. The staff were friendly and well explained for the whole session. But the thing disappointed me is that after the treatment end, she's pushing me hardly for buying their products or services, after I've refused to buy them, she changed her attitude and expression immediately. That's not a professional should have attitude. If the customer decided to buy your products they'll definitely come back to you. I hope your standard and quality will be improve in future.
