★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there 4 times from kulai to claim warranty for my Dyson vacuum.
1st time - battery issue
2nd time - bring back and charge still cannot use, motor issue,
3rd time - bring home charge also cannot use, circuit issue
4th time - printer spoiled cannot print invoice, ask me come back another day.
What a wonderful service experience.
