★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there on 22/9/18 at night. Ordered golden grill chicken. Taste was bad, the meat was hard and the gravy's not thick. Plus the rice kinda burnt too. Wont be coming here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. Buy a whole cake RM130, ask for 10 plastic forks only also need extra charges. Even buy nasi lemak comes with fork and spoon.

3:10pm I decided to pay a visit to the aquarium, 3:15pm reached the aquarium and quite disappointed that there were only 3 fishes; 2 male and 1 female fish. So female fish had white red stripes, stared at me from the moment I entered all the way to the cake display. As expected fishes dont smile. Male fish was the same but redeemed himself as I reached the counter by giving me a very nice "Welcome". Now the 2nd male fish looked like it was on another level, attired in full black, yet as I was paying at the counter all the way till I left not a sound and the same attitude as a fish, stare and blink blink; as expected. In the end only the female manager I assume, gave a nice "Welcome" as I entered. If you're planning a trip to the aquarium and quantity is not an issue, I recommend visiting here.
P.S. All sarcasm aside, cakes still had standard which is the only reason why I was there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/7/19 Saturday from 3.15pm to 3.55pm awaited waitress or waiter to take my orders..... however staff were just pass by my table without noticing me.... ya, i can just call them but dont your staff been trained to b proactive in this service industry? or nowadays your restaurant is self-service?

Food are good in taste and portions as well. Fully recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually bought whole cake at Austin Height branch. But already temporarily closed there so i went to nearest SR (which is located at tmn molek) bought a whole cake. The tastes different, not worth the money. The cake texture is not soft and the cream didn't taste full cream, tasted like cream + butter. Please improve, tq.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this SR branch is very good. The waitress come meet us at the front to ensure we scan the mysejahtera. The food also arrives at a timely phase & for the food I will always recommend the SR classic like the Laksa & mee curry. Their nasi goreng menu can be improved in terms of taste.
