β β β β β Sorry to say...Most of the staffs didn't follow SOP( the exact procedures)....all take short cuts...they need to be trainned .Becoz their careless will effect the patients.Hope to c improvement.

LANDMARK MEDICAL CENTRE JB. (Old landmark)
1) Cleanness the centre very worse! So dirty! They will clean up when higher management coming or Kementerian Ksihatan Malaysia do checking. Otherwise the place full of rubbishs. Sometimes if lucky u can see bloods on floor, patients chair & tables. The machines did not disterilation properly after used then being used again by other patients.
2) No staffs available!!!a lot of patients taking but no staff enough. NO TEAMWORK!! Some of Nurses here being RUDE to patients. Patients cannot complain back if do so the patients will be banned and nurse will angry back. No respect!! Some of nurses neglect their duty. Going out during patients treatment and left the patients. Some of nurses not a good helper. Can u imagine some old patients need to do their ownself.
3) patients waiting period so long. Need to waiting your turn around 2hour maxx.

P/s This is my reality experience during i send my grandpa here for treatment.

β β β β β Rude staff at Sri Rampai branch.
Her rudeness is not only on one occasion but a frequent one. Her attitude make us feel uncomfortable to send our mom for HD treatment.
Once she told us to come on a set date without specifying the time, and was absent when we waited there. After we left (and planning to come back later) she called and scolded us for not waiting and then hung up when we tried to explain. She even being commanding when talking to my younger brother.
Objectively, the other staffs / nurses working there speak in a profesional manner. Only this one staff is ruining the entire impression of Davita's staff and customer experience.
Lack of communication and interpersonal skill in dealing with customers. They failed to consult with family members before administering EPO to patient when we already have our own at home. This miscommunication may compromise patient's health.
